About the role:
The Sr. Director, HRIS Operations will lead a diverse team by leveraging data that will drive analytics and insights in support of achieving Gartner’s business objectives. They will create a best-in-class HR global team & operations experience, identify patterns in data, and recommend system improvements. The Sr. Director, HRIS Operations will be an innovative thinker, exceptional executor, and a people-oriented team-player. This leader will implement, support, and continuously improve HR systems, to ensure compliance, by staying abreast to ever-changing rules & regulations. In this role, you will build trust-based relationships to partner with a diverse group of stakeholders and the global HR team.
What you’ll do:

Conduct trends analysis, share feedback and common issues with HR and business teams to continuously improve program delivery and resources

Monitor ticket volumes, customer satisfaction and SLA performance. Create additional metrics that are required to enhance the monitoring for continuous support for our customers.

Lead and manage initiatives and projects to improve our HR Shared Services through day-to-day support across global footprint

Troubleshoot and solve complex issues that arise about policies, processes, and practices

Foster a continuous process improvement mindset across the team, leveraging HR technology to ensure optimal utilization of all resources

Through operational oversight and usage of metrics, identify opportunities for digitization and automation and build continuous improvement plans

Foster and maintain positive relationships with HR stakeholders, Centers of Excellence (COE)s and customer base.

Determine the strategic direction for the HR Operations organization and alignment to overall HR and corporate strategy.

Establish procedures and formalized Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure all internal customer inquiries are appropriately resolved within the SLA

Lead testing management and coordinate with HRIS development & project teams to support application testing scenarios.

Provide overall prioritization of operations work assignments and management of team resources and their activities.
What you’ll need:
-
5+ years leadership experience within a global organization, supporting Shared Services, HR Operations, or a related business unit.

A dynamic team leader, resolution-oriented, and driver of change at all levels of the organization

Super User experience with HR service delivery platforms such as Workday, ATS systems, and ticketing systems.

Deep understanding of best-in-class HR programs, practices, policies, and compliance initiatives

Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, with a penchant for the assurance of an excellent employee and internal-client service experience

Experience in building and supporting strong functional teams through effective recruiting, training, coaching, team building and succession planning

Advanced Excel skills, data analysis, and digital HR system acumen

Ability to bring an HR Operations “best-practice toolkit” to the table, in the spirit of excellence and continuous improvement

Agile in both roll-up-the-sleeves tactical deliverables and strategic thinking
