Title: Product Growth Manager - Data Analytics

About the role:

We’re searching for a data-driven Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments looking to affect customer and business outcomes through the use of data-driven optimization. Last year, Gartner brought to market BuySmart, a world class B2B SaaS application disrupting enterprise software purchasing, a $4T market. You would be joining  a growing team responsible for reimagining how Gartner delivers our industry-leading insights through new, innovative customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with product leadership to maintain and iterate on data-driven measurement frameworks

  • Monitor product performance – target segments, product features, key flows, and funnels

  • Identify points of friction and areas of opportunity through data-driven insight development

  • Contribute to product roadmap with product-led growth initiatives, impacting activation, engagement, and retention

  • Champion data-driven prioritization, decision making, analysis within the BuySmart team

  • Partner with other internal teams responsible for insight collection

  • Develop data productization strategies through an understanding of our dataset and deep knowledge of customer needs 

Requirements

  • Strong analytical problem solving and decision making skills

  • Willingness to fearlessly question assumptions and challenge the status quo

  • Self-motivated and comfortable with a fast-paced startup environment

  • Deep curiosity and advocate for exceptional user experiences

  • Experienced working closely with highly user-centric product, design, and engineering organization

  • Passionate commitment to affect both customer and business outcomes

  • Experienced in creating positive outcomes within various channels, tools, and teams

  • Ideally has experience with Intercom to impact activation and engagement

  • Excellent communication skills for reporting and impacting prioritization

  • Understanding of HDFS, Parquet Files, Presto query engine, and Apache Spark

  • Comfortable working with Athena, Quicksight, and PowerBi
