About this role:
This person will be responsible for the planning and onsite delivery of streaming content at Destination Conferences out to remote attendees, as well as attendees onsite at the conference.
Own the creation and updating of master trackers, as well as the back end set up that drives our web and app content delivery to attendees. Partner closely with the Content Management lead to identify the sessions to be streamed live.
Primary Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery of sessions to attendees in remote settings for select conferences.

Set up the master tracking file for each conference, working with the Content Management team to ensure the agenda is up to date

Partner with Content Management team on agenda changes

Ensure conferences are set up in the web and app to deliver streaming content effectively

Partner and communicate with onsite IT lead and AV leads for delivery and troubleshooting

Help with initial troubleshooting requests, both internally and for external clients

Travel to in person conferences to partner on onsite delivery

Build productive relationships with internal and external clients, helping to support and train Gartner associates on the product

Effectively communicate, collaborate, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Partnering with the Online Access Content and Production Managers to continually look for improvements and enhancements
