Associate Director, Technology & Analytics (Associate Experience & Operations)

About this role:

We are looking for an Associate Director of Technology & Analytics to lead our HR Analytics future state within the Associate Experience (AX), HRP Productivity, Employee Relations and Compliance space. In this role, you will operate as a strategic leader on our Associate Experience & Operations leadership team to enable the use of smart technology to drive HR Productivity.

What you'll do:

  • Design and execute a multi-year roadmap aligned to our People Analytics & Operations (PAO) tech roadmap to optimize our delivery with our HR tech landscape

  • Lead and own the HR Partner technology and tool enablement strategy to ensure strong adoption and usage across the HR Partner Organization  

  • Partner closely with the HR Partner and HR Operations organizations to design, build, implement, and innovate upon core HR technologies and tools (PowerBI, PowerApps, Visier, Workday, etc.)

  • Partner closely with the PAO leadership team to maintain pace with our growth and tech requirements

  • Continue to scale and innovate upon our core technologies to drive HR productivity

  • Prepare our organization for scale and help build with IT/BI a well-structured HR data mart that contains key business metrics on Quality of Hire, Productivity, and Resourcing

  • Create a more robust capability to analyze and translate large sets of data into business insights to help make better data-driven decisions. Ensure the UX is a key driver in design

  • Rationalize current reporting inventory and establish future state reporting requirements

  • Drive best practices, change management, and analytical understanding across HR and Gartner

  • Understand key business questions, design analytics, and persuasively communicate findings

  • Create high quality analytics/reports and translate them into value-added decisions and actions to help address business stakeholders’ questions

What you'll need:

  • Undergraduate degree, Master’s preferred. Prefer background in consulting, technology, engineering, analytics

  • 6+ years of working experience in data analytics and visualization, business intelligence, predictive modelling, or analytical consulting

  • Previous management experience

  • Advanced Excel, Access skills

  • Intermediate SQL skills

  • Strong PowerPoint and Word skills

  • Hands-on experience with one or more BI platforms (Oracle BI tools, Endeca, etc.)

  • Familiarity with statistical software (SPSS) preferred
