Marketing Program Specialist, Consulting


Marketing Programs has a strategic focus on conferences, programs and campaigns. Through continuous innovation and in partnership with key stakeholders, equip our business partners with effective and impactful marketing platforms to showcase our unique, practice-fueled and industry-specific solutions. Drive a globally consistent approach to enable higher ROI, fuel productivity and increase brand awareness in a virtual and physical environment.

What you will do:

  • Execute on the globally consistent approach; preparation and execution of conferences (summits and symposium), strategic programs and targeted campaigns in a virtual and physical environment

  • Drive innovation in showcasing prioritized solutions across conferences, programs and campaigns in a virtual and physical environment

  • Develop consistent communication strategy with all stakeholders within Consulting and across the broader Gartner

  • Analyze and assess how to approach programs leveraging existing Gartner resources and tools; India CoE, Creative CoE, consulting clinics scheduling, lead entry, Consulting client analytics dashboard, opportunity tracking and reporting

  • Continue to evolve and optimize processes leveraging automation and ICoE

  • Collaborate with ILs/PLs/MPs to build and create marketing collateral for upcoming conferences, programs and campaigns

  • Work with Sales, Research, Service and Conference channels on Consulting demand generation activities which could drive Research Sales (NCVI), help with retention and fuel overall One Gartner Initiative

  • Continue to enhance elements of the multichannel marketing strategy

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 2 – 3 years of marketing, account management experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven success in building and maintaining strong business relationships

  • Strong competency with computer-based tools including Microsoft Office and CRM system(s)

  • Comfortable being measured on client utilization and retention
