Manager Recruiting Programs


The Recruiting Manager, Project Specialist must deliver strong results in a fast-paced, demanding environment with the ability to flex priorities and adapt to change. Effective verbal and written communication skills are critical in this role, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize work. A high level of leadership, strong attention to detail, collaboration, and a proactive approach in anticipating candidate, leadership, recruiter, and business unit needs is essential.

What you’ll do:

· Lead team of high-performing Project Specialists responsible for supporting interview scheduling, travel logistics, event coordination, job board posting, invoice processing and other key tasks to support the global university recruiting function across North America, APAC, and EMEA

· Manage team of Project Specialists & Team Lead, including handling performance management, reviews, hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and counseling

· Partner with recruiting leaders and other key stakeholders to support recruiting hiring plans and provide necessary levels of guidance and influence where necessary to help achieve desired outcomes

· Oversee university recruiting team budget, including university invoice processing, monitoring anticipated monthly spend against actuals, establishing monthly reporting to finance, etc.

· Manage the quality of Project Specialists work to ensure the university team receives superior levels of support necessary to meet hiring objectives

· Consistently and proactively evaluate priorities and aligns new processes to streamline and enhance existing processes

What you’ll need:

· Bachelors’ degree and business experience preferably in Human Resources or Recruiting

· Proven experience supporting a team of individual contributors and leaders in a fast-paced environment preferred.

· Demonstrates ability to attract, lead, motivate, and inspire a team of recruiting associates

· Proven ability to partner, influence and create trust-based, value-added relationships in a global environment

· Proven ability to solve problems, remain agile and think strategically

· Consistently demonstrates strong communication skills
