About this role:
The Program Management Office (PMO) in the Research and Advisory (R&A) organization is looking for a Project Manager to manage small projects and initiatives and support the day-to-day activities, coordination and execution across the IT project portfolio that address external client and internal stakeholders, product, business, processes, issues and requirements.

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring project health and project activities are updated and timelines are on track for the successful delivery and project outcome, while maintaining standards, best practices and monitoring scope of project quality. The PMO team is filled with lifelong learners who are constantly focused on expanding our skillset and finding new ways to streamline project delivery. We are a collaborative group, where good ideas come together whether they come from the most experienced or the newest members of the team.
The Project Manager provides efficient and effective project management support for the development and maintenance of more complex projects, programs and processes. This comes in the form of impact analysis, documentation, business requirements, UA planning, reporting and overall program support and assistance in the timely identification and successful resolution of issues/problems within projects. This candidate should be able to communicate, collaborate and build relationships with research business owners, IT teams and stakeholders and support change management and business readiness efforts across the portfolio.
What you will need:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
3-5 years business experience, with progressive responsibility, in an extremely fast paced work environment
General knowledge and/or proficiency in project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Trello, Confluence) is a plus
Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus
Excellent business operations, project management, analytical, organizational skills, quick learner, IT literacy, numeracy, initiative, problem solving, rigor & attention to detail.
Excellent client service, communication & change management, collaboration, negotiation & influencing skills to manage diverse groups to reach successful outcomes.
Able to work independently, be a collaborative team player, with excellent time management & prioritization skills, able to manage a heavy workload, multiple tasks, competing priorities & tight deadlines.
