What we do

Consistently our C-suite clients identify Talent and Culture as their primary challenge with the implementation of digital transformation.  Gartner Consulting’s Talent and Organization transformation practice helps our clients with strategies and solutions to organize, lead, and develop digital-ready operating models and talent. By designing more agile organizations and developing digital skills, we help our clients build the workforce of the future.  Our Talent and Organization Practice services helps our clients address a range of their mission critical priorities around people.

We deliver value to clients in areas such as Operating Model and Change. Typically, this helps Gartner’s clients to execute on their strategic priorities, across all sectors, including:

  • Design future ready, product and customer centric Digital and IT Operating Models including all aspects of organization structure, ways of working, decision rights, funding, location, tooling, and sourcing ecosystems that deliver digital transformation faster

  • Building teams and cultures accelerating the use and business value from data, advanced analytics, cloud/mobile technology, and cybersecurity 

  • Coaching cross-functional leaders in the adoption of product principles

  • Develop skills and competencies to sustain the enterprise Digital Transformation journey

  • Creating data-driven workforce and talent strategies that address critical gaps

  • Transition to product-centric operating models to infuse customer centricity and business value into technology functions

What you’ll do

Our Consulting Senior Directors are responsible for high-level project sales, solutioning, delivery and

oversight along with client relationship management, as well as developing next generation of practice and people capabilities. You will lead teams and advise clients at the highest strategic level on both big-picture and tactical matters, focusing on how technology enables a wide range of business outcomes and organizational transformation. You will partner with our industry leads and managing partners to support sales and solutioning of strategic engagements within Gartner’s priority accounts. You will be part of EMEA Talent and Organization, and broader Digital Transformation practice leadership and contribute to our ongoing IP development and community building.

What you’ll need

  • Experience in providing advisory services in several of the following change enablement areas:

    • Digital / IT Operating Models

    • Agile Transformation

    • Human Resources Transformation

    • Talent and Workforce Management

    • Behavioral and Culture Change

    • Organizational Design

  • Constructing cases which initiate change, understanding and projecting specific benefits to come from these changes

  • Lead research, interviews, and presentations for clients (executive and/or board level)

  • Develop high impact proposals and discussion documents with clear articulation of the problem statements, value proposition and proposed solution

  • Experience working across multiple industries, with deeper experience in at least one or more industry segments across Public Sector, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Energy & Utilities, Retail/CPG, Telecommunications

  • Advising on stakeholder engagement and change programme accomplishments as well as determining long term changes to the business

  • Establishing change within an organisation concentrating on employee development, behavioral and culture change through workshop facilitation

  • Experience within a well-regarded management consultancy in an Engagement Management and subject matter expert capacity

  • Experience working with one or more Digital and IT domains such as Digital Business, IT Strategy, Cyber Security, IT Applications and Applications Strategy, IT Infrastructure & Operations

  • An unwavering commitment to the success of your team, and willingness to provide and receive constructive/ corrective action when needed

  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the ability to assist in the creative development of solutions and strategies to solve client problems

  • An ability to be hands-on and to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously

  • Providing coaching and mentoring to associates

  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred
