About this role:
We are looking for a versatile, creative business professional with a passion for content and innovation to join a growing team within Gartner’s Research and Advisory (R&A) Content and Research Excellence organization. In this role you’ll be the point person to orchestrate all R&A activities to facilitate new product launches and enhancements. Seeking candidates with a proven track record in handling multiple high priority projects and programs and meeting tight deadlines.
What you will do:
Partner with stakeholders from Gartner’s R&A and Product Management teams to stand-up new products, as well as to evolve and enhance existing products
Determine which R&A stakeholders should be involved in these processes and ensure they are engaged in the right way and at the right time
Ensure key decisions / activities are made to hit deadlines
Provide status and tracking updates to senior stakeholder groups, including senior most practice leadership within R&A
Partner with R&A’s Project Management Office, and IT and Product teams on system changes and enhancements to enable new products being launched
Drive change management efforts to leverage content / experience / product innovations
Monitor products and enhancements after they have to ensure solutions work.
Report on the impact of product launches / enhancements to X.
Proactively identify and mitigate resource and timeline contentions as appropriate
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree a must, preferred in Economics, Business, Operations Research, Engineering. Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
12 years in launching and supporting products, familiar with product development processes and approaches
Understanding of subscription-based business economics a requirement; experience with business information services strongly preferred.
Excellent project management and verbal and written communication, especially in the context of managing processes and delivering technical analysis across diverse stakeholders to generate enterprise-level insights and strategies.
Demonstrates spirit, energy and enthusiasm, great interpersonal skills, ability to influence without authority and a high-tolerance ambiguity.
