About the role:

  • As part of the Platform Management team, you will be providing modernization efforts for Data Warehouse, Analytics platforms and setting up an integrated data, analytics architecture to support enterprise, self-service, ad-hoc reporting for all end users.

What you’ll do: 

  • Working in a multi-disciplinary team of data engineers, system architect, QA, and big data architects to build modern data platforms in the Cloud for business intelligence and machine learning and migrate data processing pipelines to the platform.
  • Developing and implementing data analytics platform solutions leveraging cutting-edge/open-source software frameworks and tools.
  • Apply debugging and troubleshooting skills to determine the root causes of issues and resolve them.

What you’ll need:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in BI fields

  • Bachelor’s in computer science/Computational Data Science/Information & Data Science/Business Analytics or equivalent field.

  • 2+ years of experience in designing and developing Extract, Load, Transform (ELT) processes with Azure Data Factory using data flows.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data lakes.

  • Experience working with variety of Azure-managed PaaS services such as Azure LogicApps, DataBricks and their integration with Azure Data Factory.

  • Work comfortably in CI/CD pipeline and version control systems, such as, Git Repositories (i.e. Github)

  • Solid understanding of programming SQL objects (procedures, triggers, views, functions) in SQL Server. Experience optimizing SQL queries is a plus.

  • Advanced understanding of T-SQL, indexes, stored procedures, triggers, functions, views, etc.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill

  • Excellent communication Skills
