MVP, Gartner Consulting, Value Realization

Description


Role Purpose:

  • Design and build out our ‘Strategy Execution’ business that materially accelerates on-going consulting engagements and client relations in Gartner Consulting

  • Extend our strategy and assessment business into the execution phase of the program life cycle

  • Lead the go to market design and implementation of strategy execution business

  • Partner with Commercial Industry, Region and Practice Leaders (cost optimization, digital)  in support of strategic discussions, decision making, prioritizing and executing on NA programs and initiatives.

  • Change agent to help transform how we operate by inspiring and influencing others

Impact of role:

  • Profitable growth of the NA Commercial strategy execution business


Education/Professional Experience:

  • Master's degree strongly preferred

  • Management consulting experience (running large, multi-year transformation programs. Technology focused)

  • 15+ years’ experience in strategy execution: profitable business building, solution design, hiring, selling, delivery, management consulting

  • Experience with multiple commercial industries

  • Digital and cost optimization solution development, selling and delivery experience

  • Strong background in strategic leadership and execution in a high growth environment

  • Ability to promote, champion, enable, and support our change management initiatives

  • Strong communication skills, EQ and interpersonal skills needed to effectively build relationships and connect with leaders, consultants and clients

  • Highly developed influencing and negotiating skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives and effectively work through others

  • Demonstrated team leadership to include management and people development skills

  • Highly collaborative and transparent working style
