■ICTのリサーチとコンサルティングの両方を手がける唯一の企業
ガートナーグループが設立以来積み重ねてきたITユーザー・ICTベンダー双方からのリサーチデータ・ベンチマークデータ等の情報資産および少数精鋭のメンバーとの共働でコンサルティング業務を実行しています。

■ディレクターの役割
クライアントと良好な信頼関係を築いていく重要な役割を担います。
テクノロジーがいかに様々なビジネス領域の成果を実現させるのか紹介し、最高レベルの戦略的な視点から、大局的かつ戦術的な問題においてクライアントへ提言します。
【募集要項】
・製造業界(MCRU)または複数業界(Cross Industry)において、業界を変革する技術動向を深く理解している
・プロジェクトデリバリー(必須)および営業担当としてコンサルティング会社で従事したご経験
・ソリューション/テクニカルアーキテクトやアナリストのような問題解決能力
・テクノロジーを活用して企業または組織のミッションクリティカルな優先事項を推進するために、メンバーを導き高いパフォーマンスを発揮できるチーム作りを一貫して行ってきたご経験
・技術系・非技術系の出身に関わらず、共通の目標に向かってプロフェッショナルを鼓舞し、モチベーションを高めることができる能力
・チームの成功に対する揺るぎないコミットメントと、必要に応じて建設的/是正にむけたアクションを授受できる姿勢
・知的好奇心があり、クライアントの問題を解決するためのソリューションと戦略の創造的な開発を支援する能力
・ガートナーのフレームワークと方法論を適応させ、クライアントの最も緊急なビジネス課題の核心に触れることが出来る
・ハンズオンで、複数のクライアントの優先順位を同時並行で管理する能力
・高い 日本語 でのコミュニケーションスキル必須 ・ ビジネスレベルの 英語力 歓迎
・大卒・大学院卒
