About the team:
This is a unique opportunity to join our Global Retention Programs team within the Global Service & Delivery organization. You will support the team on delivering business-critical insights to the organization that will help Gartner identify client retention risks and constantly innovate our retention best practices. Your role specifically will be to design and implement process efficiencies in and maintain existing scripts that are core to our business and create actionable insights for the business. What you will do:
Analytics and Reporting : Design and execute analytics projects, leading technical problem solving and meeting timelines. Prepare weekly/monthly reports for internal and external stakeholder consumption.
Automation : Unlock new opportunities for GRP and Client Value Managers (CVM) program by automating processes using python/VBA or ideating on process optimization for current processes.
Innovation and process optimization : Identify opportunities to improve productivity in both GRP and CVM processes and continuously seek and learn new ways to solve problems.
Communication and Collaboration : Partner with other members across GRP team on various ongoing initiatives, adopting best practices and training new members.
What you will need:
Bachelor’s in technology, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar; Masters preferred
Minimum 1 - 4 years of experience with good experience in business analytics and preferably automation of processes using python (Basic to Intermediate level)
Experience in Python coding for process automation is a must have skill for this role.
Experience in business analytics is a must have with advanced proficiency MS Excel and Power Point.
Knowledge of VBA coding for process automation would be a plus.
Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Detail-oriented with high personal standard for quality and accuracy along with a strategic mindset to interpret and bring out the ‘so what’ from data
