Manager, Sales Operations & Enablement

About this Role:

As a Manager, Sales Operations & Enablement you have responsibility for the global strategy of conference specific initiatives that drive sales readiness and efficiencies. This includes the development of the Sales Readiness and prospecting strategy. Our goal is to deliver globally consistent content driven tools, briefings and processes that increase the CSE readiness to sell, as well as create scalable programs to support the growth of the business. This individual will work closely with and must be able to build strong, trust-based relationships with CAS, Marketing, PM and Ops.

What you will do: 

  • Own the global sales readiness program and resources to drive conference targets and improve sales effectiveness and productivity

  • Assess the efficacy of the resources provided to our sales teams to support key steps along the sales process, identifying where we can drive higher outcomes while reducing complexity

  • Support Strategic Analysis that drives performance and mitigates key strategic risks.

  • Lead and orchestrate the actioning of outcomes that are uncovered in the strategic analysis to bring solutions to our sales teams

  • Build and Drive global Scalable programs for pipeline building, whilst evolving out processes and go-to-market strategy

  • Drive Effectiveness and Quality Assurance for our leads program

  • Collaborate across Marketing, Program Management, Conference operations, Sales Communication, and regional sales leaders.

  • Organize and track complex projects, keep self and others on track and identify issues

  • Assess performance, identify markers of high performance and translate information into actionable insights so that it can be easily understood and used to drive change.

  • Oversee and Manage day to day activities of the sales enablement specialist

What you will need: 

  • Undergraduate degree required

  • 3+ years business experience in sales enablement, Sales Operations or sales/sales management

  • Previous experience in Sales Enablement, specifically working with Sales to understand what drives performance and build solutions that scale

  • Strong relationship-building skills: Able to effectively partner with multiple teams and leaders to have influence in a matrixed environment

  • Excellent program management, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills

  • Proven ability to research, analyze and consolidate complex content into cohesive, clear, straightforward messaging

  • Ability to understand the effectiveness of initiatives and activities

  • Innovative, creative, curious mindset; willing to learn about, experiment with and champion new media and channels

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create and deliver resources that can be used directly by sales team

  • Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint

  • People leadership Experience
