About this role:

Software Development position responsible for design, implementation, and support of Research applications to help fulfill our Research & Consulting Delivery strategy.


What you’ll do: 

  • Designing, implementing, unit, integration testing and supporting Web based applications and services

  • Contribute to the review and analysis of business requirements

  • Collaborate on architecture and technical design discussions

  • Perform and participate in code reviews, peer inspections and technical design/specifications

  • Documenting and review detailed design


  What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in the field of software development.

  • 2 years’ experience in software development.  Web based application development experience is required

  • .NET experience with a relational database is required.

  • Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, .NET framework, .NET Core, Visual Studio

  • Experience with a Javascript front-end framework (Angular, React, Vue)

  • Knowledge of integration and web services technologies (HTTP, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON)

  • Knowledge of Material Design is a plus

  • Knowledge of AWS or Microsoft Azure is recommended

  • Good software development and object-oriented design fundamentals

  • Good problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Familiarity with an agile software development methodology
