Client Services Associate


About the role:

The Client Services Associate facilitates leadership events for communities of high-level executives. Client Service Associates are responsible for building a network of individuals from select companies to allow collaboration in driving personal and corporate performance. 

In this role the CSA will be responsible for full scale event management and high-profile client communication. Critical skills in this position include organizational skills, experience managing timelines, collaboration and public speaking.


What you'll do:

  • Establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships through regular phone and email communication

  • Drive and maintain C-Level engagements to meet attendance quotas

  • Demonstrate project management skills by using resources such as timelines and Key Performance Indicators 

  • Ensure execution of appropriate deliverables for our sponsors by providing regular updates on community performance

  • Contribute to additional community engagement opportunities outside of gatherings which could include but not limited to articles, blogs, and spotlight emails

  • Ensure an excellent attendee and sponsor experience to drive repeat participation

  • Responsible for all client-facing aspects of events, including communicating with executive attendees and speakers

What you'll need:

  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Detail-oriented and well organized

  • Strong and strategic prioritization skills

  • Ability to demonstrate executive presence on the phone, video, and in person

  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships while offering value-added, insightful, and strategic insight

  • Coachable, open to feedback and dedicated to continuous improvement

  • Excellent computer skills and hands on experience with Microsoft Office Suites, specifically Excel

  • Travel required 8-10 times per year depending on assigned programs


  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred


  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience
