We are currently looking for highly talented and experienced Strategy Consulting professionals, (Senior Manager, Director, Client Partner, Client Lead, Associate Partner level) ready for a next step, to join our world-class Strategy Consulting team and help leading Financial Services organisations to transform and improve their businesses.

The Managing Partner will own the relationship between Gartner’s clients and Gartner’s amazing bespoke services within Gartner Consulting.

Experience we seek:

  • Consulting experience from a top management or IT professional services firm;

  • MBA qualification desirable;

  • Expertise with strategic consulting frameworks and financial principles;

  • An excellent understanding of the Financial Services and Insurance Sectors and current trends (for example: Digital Banking and Digital Payments; Composable Banking; Hybrid Banking; InsurTech and FinTech opportunities and threats; Local and Global Regulatory requirements (particularly with regards to the technologies supporting its compliance); Blockchain; IoT; Automation, Robotics, Robo-advisory, AI etc)

Likely to be skilled in a solution area relevant to Gartner Consulting, for example:

  • CIO Strategy and IT Strategy;

  • Digital Growth & Transformation (includes: Digital Business & IT Strategy; Data & Analytics; Market Growth & Growth Strategies; Digital Talent & Organization)

  • Application, Infrastructure & Security Modernization (includes: Enterprise Architecture; Cloud & Technology Modernization; CyberSecurity & Resilience; DevSecOps; Program Assurance)

  • IT Sourcing and Spend Optimization (includes: Sourcing & Ecosystem Transformation; Technology Spend Optimization)

Candidates must be able to speak in English and Dutch or French.
