About this role:

Manage, implement and scale communication of the most impactful Research from the CIO Practice across Gartner Service and Sales organizations. Manage ongoing process to curate and organize identified Research on Intranet pages used by Service, Sales as well as R&A to quickly access the best content aligned to specific client priorities.

  • Develop partnerships with key operational leaders within the Service and Sales organizations to identify the most effective channels for communicating impactful content so that those teams are best positioned to discuss the most relevant Research in discussions with Clients
  • For each identified channel (e.g., Service leadership meetings, Inside Gartner, Community Garden), create and manage processes to effectively communicate in a regular and timely cadence the “best of” CIO research
  • Work closely on an ongoing basis with CIO Chiefs of Research (CORs) and Key Initiative Leaders (KILs) to identify the most effective Research to highlight
  • Lead and manage intranet pages that provide Service and Sales – as well as R&A Experts – real-time access to this curated set of Research organized across multiple dimensions (topics, maturity, audience)
  • Display business acumen – maintain an excellent understanding of Research areas, Service and Sales teams supported, internal/external business management & informational needs. Become the “go to person” for all related questions and issues to the curated content.
  • Apply project planning methodology to all projects, underpinned by fact-based data and change management methods. Create, manage, and communicate success measurement criteria to continually assess outcomes that improve project execution.
  • Implement regular reporting (monthly/quarterly) to key stakeholders to communicate progress and metrics measurements.  Identify and communicate challenges to stakeholders in real-time.
  • Focus on what’s right for the business by leading and prioritizing based on business imperatives.

What you'll do:

  • Successfully enable Service and Sales team education and reduce learning curve where needed to ensure stakeholders clearly understand and are able to deliver our content messages to the market
  • Improve effectiveness and efficiency of stakeholder engagement efforts by providing a consistent “go to” location for curated content most relevant to Client priorities, regularly assessing processes and content to identify what currently works well and where there are potential gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Achieve measurable improvements in Research content engagement, intranet page traffic and client (internal and external) service satisfaction.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of business experience, with progressive responsibility, in a fast-paced work environment.
  • 2+ years of Internal Marketing/Communications experience
  • 1+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of effectively communicating content and solutions to various internal stakeholders in a global environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of roles and titles.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Research processes.
