About the role:

As a Recruiter, Research & Advisory (R&A), you’ll be helping an innovative team that values expert insights and bold ideas. What you will do:
Source, engage and attract top talent, to drive growth across Research and Advisory
Build trust-based relationships with hiring managers, developing a deep understanding of their requirements and priorities.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, conduct in-depth talent assessments, and strategize and execute on innovative approaches to cultivate talent.
Lead on key stakeholder engagements, including intake meetings, update communications and debriefs.
Act as an ambassador of Gartner to increase and strengthen our brand in the market.
Focus on quality throughout the process, measuring throughputs and impact on the organization through quality of hire.
What you will need:
4-7 years of experience in full cycle recruiting (Corporate and/or Staffing environment)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience successfully managing various stakeholder relationships
The ability to influence others without having authority
