Software Advice is growing, we’re looking for energetic, outgoing and optimistic people to join our customer engagement team. In this role you’ll assist software buyers by connecting them with advisors who will consult them on the right tools to help their small businesses grow.
Work Schedule: 40 hours a week - 4 OR 5 day work week (you can chose) late shift ending between 8:00 PM and 10:00 pm CST and Saturday or Sunday are required.
What you’ll do:
- Engage GDM site traffic via live chat by providing a super helpful buyer experience and connecting as many site visitors to our advisor team as possible.
- Field 50-75 chats per day.
- Follow up with customer off-line forms, buyer email and survey responses.
What you’ll need:
- Experience with a Live Chat tool is preferred but not required.
- Experience working with or for a software company is preferred, but not required.
- Customer experience is our top priority and this role plays a big part of ensuring we’re helping all visitors to our brands.
- Effective communication skills. You can write quickly while also being professional and infusing your personality into visitor interactions.
- Solid multitasking . You can field as many as four simultaneous chats while connecting visitors with the appropriate advisor team.
- Team-oriented mindset. We encounter a wide variety of visitors so you’ll need to collaborate with your teammates to problem-solve and come up with solutions quickly.
- Thick skin. Be able to manage challenging buyer situations and create an outstanding buyer experience.
