We are looking for an experienced and thoughtful Diversity Business Partner to join the global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) team. You will report into the Global Head of DEI to help grow our business. We are looking for a strategic global DEI practitioner who has the expertise to assess organizational gaps, manage programs and provide consulting to leaders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work with the Global Head of DEI and the DEI team to develop and execute the DEI strategy, plans and programs for your client groups that align to the global DEI strategy
  • Provide consultative experience and support for your client groups to identify, develop and execute data-driven, high impact programs and activities to attract, grow and retain a diverse array of top talent
  • Identify root causes for DEI challenges and opportunities for your client groups through both quantitative and qualitative means
  • Leverage leading practices and creative solutions to pilot, develop and execute effective DEI programs, solutions and messages for your client group, in close collaboration with other teams including HR partners, talent acquisition, learning, leadership, organizational effectiveness, legal and compliance, people analytics, total rewards, internal communications, employee resource groups and corporate social responsibility
  • Develop measures and assess outcomes of DEI programs and solutions
  • Keep abreast of DEI research insights, and leading and innovative practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 5 years of practitioner experience which might include talent management, organizational development, program management, recruitment, and/or DEI
  • Ability to quickly understand and distill data - quantitative and qualitative - and analyses into prioritized insights and action plans
  • A highly effective communicator with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas, concepts, and proposals to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to design, develop and execute on programs/projects that drive change and support the company’s growth
  • Capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels without having direct reporting authority
