Territory Management Analyst


About this role: Maintaining Territory and Account Intelligence data and implementing requests in line with Commercial Strategy

What you’ll do: 

  • Administration of the worldwide territory management process
  • Administer the process to create and maintain the territory hierarchy in Anaplan and related systems
  • Assign people, clients, or prospect accounts to the territories within the hierarchy
  • Monitor regional email inboxes responding to queries & territory change requests
  • Research, analyze and process change requests, ensuring all change requests conform to current corporate policies & strategies escalating as appropriate
  • Perform validation and data quality checks as required
  • Understand and enforce the sales strategy and Rules of Engagement, escalate issues as appropriate
  • Provide Sr Analyst & Mgr information regarding system issues, enhancements & performance of system to be shared with STG

  What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2-3 years business experience
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify potential issues/trends
  • Strong customer service skills & ability to communicate effectively with a diverse client group
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong initiative & willingness to take on projects in a proactive manner
  • Ability to prioritize workflow & meet required deadlines
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills & listening skills
  • Flexibility
  • An ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines using superior multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional administrative, organization, and time management skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail and quality control
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • An excellent customer service ethic
  • A high degree of intellectual curiosity including demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player with the ability to build strong internal business partnerships
  • An ability to communicate and collaborate within a matrixed environment
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a sometimes high pressure environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel or PowerBI skills are a plus
