NOTICE OF FILING UNDER THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR’S PERMANENT LABOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM Senior Software Engineer, Gartner, Inc., Stamford, CT. Perform software engineering alongside designers and engineers to build a compelling product and implement new features with the goal of enhancing experience for website users. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems. Help maintain code quality, organization and automatization. Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic. Work with the product team and other stakeholders to support product feature delivery. Mentor and guide other team members. Contribute to technical and system architectural design decisions. Review and provide feedback on other team members code changes to ensure code quality and system reliability. Provide subject matter expertise for aspects of the tech system. Researches and evaluates new technology frameworks and libraries, that can be incorporated into the current technology stack. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. $100,139/yr. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, System Engineering, or a related field, and two (2) years of related work experience. Must have 2 years of experience with/in: • Software development in the Cloud, such as AWS or Azure; • Developing web services with Java and cloud-based technologies; • Eloqua or similar marketing platforms; • SQL and using Oracle databases and Microsoft SQL database; and • Agile/Scrum Telecommuting permitted.
