We are looking for a capable, energetic leader to drive the marketing strategies and tactics that lead to business growth, net retention and improvement in the end-to-end engagement and experience of our paying B2B customers.

 

Reporting to the CMO, you will lead all aspects of our B2B marketing -- from brand, content and PR, to product marketing, demand gen, sales enablement, and everything in between. You will be working in close collaboration with Sales, Product and International leaders to bring our story and product to the world.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Continue to build and set the overall B2B-focused marketing strategy for the division

  • Build, lead and mentor a team of marketers across demand gen, content marketing, and product marketing

  • Set and manage contractors, vendors and the overall B2B marketing budget

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product and International leadership to improve Sales effectiveness, drive new business, and expand share of wallet

  • Develop incisive thought-leadership storylines that build our reputation, and evangelize our value in the market

  • Partner with client-facing teams to ensure marketing strategy is aligned with other acquisition and retention initiatives

  • Act as the liaison with Gartner’s Legal, Brand, Creative Center of Excellence, Research, and Ombudsman teams

  • Effectively bring new products to market, leveraging omni-channel marketing strategies

  • Be at the forefront of new marketing technologies and strategies to innovate, improve efficiency, and increase results 

What You Will Need:

  • You are a collaborative and strategic self-starter who creates the conditions for excellent outcomes
  • You have outstanding verbal and written communications skills, you love to write and are comfortable on camera, as well as behind the scenes
  • You likely have a strong Product Marketing background
  • You have demonstrated expertise in executing effective ABM strategies and plays, and a working familiarity with the relevant MarTech tooling
  • You take pride in designing well-instrumented, creatively executed integrated campaigns that feature webinars, email marketing, field events and digital marketing campaigns across the entire lifecycle marketing
  • A right and left-brained thinker; you’re as comfortable in spreadsheets as you are with creative work
  • You enjoy owning a revenue and pipeline number and thrive in an outcome focused environment
  • 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a B2B SaaS marketing leadership role, with experience hiring and managing high performing teams preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or equivalent marketing experience in a high-growth SaaS environment strong plus
