What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for an experienced Brand Manager to bring our brand and campaign strategy to life across key local markets - UK, DE, FR, AU, & CA.

Why you’ll want to come to work:

  • Craft inspiring campaign and creative briefs from local consumer and cultural insights.

  • Steward the end-to-end integrated marketing processes with the team and cross-functional partners, from concept, launch, iteration and optimization.

  • Be a people connector. Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships. Bring teams together to collaborate and align on strategy.

  • Advocate for a customer-centered brand experience along the entire customer journey.

  • Communicate and promote brand standards for voice, tone, and visual design.

  • Gather and analyze existing GDM data and commission new research to uncover trends and insights to assist in the creation of local brand and campaign strategy.

  • Dig into performance data and surface creative and brand insights for future campaigns.

  • Keep a pulse on industry trends and creative best practices and surface unique trends in local markets/regions.

  • Help build, optimize, and document processes and playbooks.

  • Ideate with the Brand team on new ways to support and grow the brand and the business.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant brand or integrated advertising and marketing experience at an agency or in-house brand

  • Experience working across different channels such as social media, display, email, video, audio, PR, etc.

  • Expert communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency

  • Proven ability to navigate a matrix organization

  • Strong independent project management skills

  • Able to think critically and exercise independent judgement and discretion

  • Expert attention to detail

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Google Drive, and Google Analytics

  • Works well with deadlines with an emphasis on delivering timely results

  • Ability to prioritize and adapt as required
