Specialist, Quantitative Analytics and Data Science


What you’ll do
• Root cause underlying assumptions behind client mission critical priorities ( and hypothesize solutions
• Use design thinking principles and established best practices to write and code elaborate survey questionnaires
• Oversee survey fielding, data collection, data preparation, descriptive creation
• Use Statistical/Econometric models and tests to validate research hypothesis
•Convert data driven findings to prescriptive and actionable insights and visuals and present them to research leaders
• Build compelling visualizations using business intelligence ( tools or web applications
• Work with research leaders to co author client facing research deliverables such as published research, client presentations, webinars and tools
• Generate data driven practical insights that reflect an understanding of client objectives
• Ensure quality, accuracy and defensibility of data driven insights in research deliverables

What you’ll need
• Theoretical and/or practical understanding of exploratory quantitative research and Statistical/ Econometric modelling using structured and/or unstructured data
• Outstanding written communication skills and a drive to create and communicate high impact storylines through written narratives
• Working knowledge of running supervised and unsupervised Statistical analysis such as regressions, factor analysis, clustering, etc
• Experience using at least one Statistical software package ( Python, SPSS, etc
• Understanding of sampling methodologies, survey questionnaire design, and data management
• Excellent verbal communication skills, as you will be leading discussions with our global client base and senior leaders across Gartner
