Job Brief:

We are looking for a world-class, results focused, and savvy performance marketer with experience managing high performing teams and owned success in large scale paid media campaigns. With a world class in-house team and an appetite for growth in the full funnel buyer journey, you'll lead the strategy, execution and performance across multiple paid channels.

What You Will Do: 

  • Responsible for leading strategy to execution of effective paid search and paid media campaigns, aimed at driving ROI and LTV in a high growth environment.

  • Own success for your business area across multi-channel execution, including readouts and performance adjustments on a weekly, monthly and quarterly frequency. 

  • Partner with team and leadership to develop paid strategies and optimizations to grow the business.

  • Accountable for  key initiatives and new projects focused on omni-channel, integrated marketing initiatives as we expand full funnel. As such, you’ll be in charge of some specialty-focus areas like landing page testing, mobile conversion optimization, new platform integrations, system improvements, bid management, and more.

  • Lead and develop a team of highly talented paid marketers in ongoing assessment of campaign performance, creating efficiencies and effectiveness across paid media channels (SEM, Paid Social, Video, etc.) while driving growth and business impact.

  • Orchestrate data-driven optimizations. You’ll become a master of our in-house reporting systems and analytical tools to manage and improve your team’s campaign performance. Understand how to execute beyond CPC, CTR and Revenue through keyword expansion, testing roadmaps and bid management. 

What You Will Need: 

  • Deep experience managing large scale advertising budgets driving lead generation. Expertise (12+ years of experience) across top platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.) and are able to contribute your expertise on day one.

  • Management experience (5+ years)for highly talented marketers. Proven ability to delegate and grow talent in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Deep understanding and proven ability to influence and lead strategy and execution towards an omni-channel execution. Understand how to optimize for revenue, ROAS, and LTV. Understanding of different attribution models and techniques a plus.

  • A bachelor’s degree. An established foundation in business via a bachelor's degree in a related field. Exceptions can be made with strong real-world experience.

  • Deeply analytical and comfortable digging into the numbers, preparing high-level analyses (yourself / with team or in partnership with analytics), and drawing conclusions, insights, and next steps. Saavy with analytical tools (including Excel), reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, PowerBI), and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).

  • Inherent problem-solving skills. You possess the experience, intellect and know-how to analyze, plan, execute and deliver top-notch results.
