About the team:
Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) is the indispensable tool for digital leaders to maximise ROI from technology, reduce business risk and drive up innovation. ExP is Gartner’s premium membership service for over 7,000 CIOs, CDOs and senior IT leaders across every sector and country. Executive Partners manage a portfolio of 25 - 30 senior client relationships. As their Executive Partner, you will:
Deliver value through regular consultations and workshops, and by hosting clients at relevant Gartner events such as roundtables and conferences
Help members’ address their Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) by designing and delivering customized Value Plans
Build a strong partnership with Gartner Sales and other colleagues, collaborating effectively to maximise member value and to secure the renewal of our services
Support the business development and sales processes of Gartner Sales.
Essential must-have skills :
Our most successful Executive Partners’ adopt best practices, build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and develop themselves with a growth mindset of continuous improvement. Executive Partners are client-centric and eager to combine their own experience with Gartner’s extensive research resources for the benefit of their members.
We’d love to hear from you if you have significant experience working at or with the C-level, with 15+ years’ experience leveraging progressive technologies and methodologies (Agile/DevOps, AI/ML, “Big Data”, Cloud migration, digital product development etc.) for digital transformation and strategic business innovation
You might come from any relevant industry background, including retail/B2C, product manufacturing, financial services, digital media, advanced logistics etc.
Potential candidates should be able to demonstrate success building stakeholder relationships across complex organisations and delivering transformative initiatives
Additionally, you should bring insight into the evolving role of technology in company strategy and at the board level, including implications for CIOs, CTOs and CDOs
You should also be able to demonstrate advanced critical thinking, clear written and verbal communication and structured problem-solving skills.
Experince in Banking industry is preferred
