Manager, Internal Communications – HR

What You'll Do:
Drive associate engagement by partnering with stakeholders throughout HR to drive engagement and retention
Working with the Sr. Manager, HR Communications, develop, execute and publish communications deliverables to support DEI and Benefits teams at the local and regional level
Develop intake system, templates and standards to scale communications capacity across regions and ERGs
Lead internal communications related to Gartner’s Corporate Social Responsibility program; set objectives, develop comms program and metrics
Propose and execute innovative ways to drive associate action and accountability
Manage the Internal Communications mailbox; assigns tasks as appropriate across team
Help manage a tactical editorial calendar that incorporates annual compulsory activities, new initiatives and ongoing activities. The calendar aims to:
Prioritize and simplify content to deliver the right information to the right people at the right time
Ensure all associates have easy access to critical tools and resources to complete compulsory activities
Communicate new initiatives that impact functionality for rest of business
Ensure clear, concise information is readily available for ongoing activities
Produce compelling content that:
Helps associates embrace, manage and adapt to change
Increases associate awareness of tools, resources and information to be more effective
Drives associate understanding, alignment and participation with major HR initiatives
Identify key associate audiences by location and develop strategic plans and tactics to increase readership
Working with the Sr. Manager, Global Content & Analytics, build and send the Inside Gartner company-wide weekly newsletter
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
3+ years’ experience in an internal communications function, preferably in a large corporation
Experience leading, developing and executing enterprise-wide and business-unit specific internal and change communications programs with multiple stakeholders including senior executives in a global, fast-paced environment
Ability to function as a leader and individual contributor
Ability to create strong relationships with communications colleagues across the company
Must have strong written / verbal / interpersonal communication skills
Self-motivation to continuously improve self and others
