The Sales Operations Coordinator supports and collaborates with the sales team in all aspects of the contracting process. The role will be a liaison for Evanta sales team and Gartner booking team, supporting standardized processes and procedures across the sales organization. This role’s highest priorities are ensuring sales effectiveness and collaboration across the sales organization.

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:

  • Support Evanta contract inboxes, reviewing and submitting all sponsorship contracts
  • Compile, generate, and/or distribute various contract reports and trackers
  • Partner with Business Analysts in creating dashboards and automated sales reports
  • Coordinate and drive sales campaigns and internal events
  • Create and implement systems and procedures
  • Coordinate internal communication, processes and procedures
  • Ensures clear communication regarding changes to sponsorships, sales processes and other sales initiatives happen to ensure changes are thoroughly implemented across the organization
  • Acts as a resource for the sales team and work with other departments to streamline processes
  • Ensure accuracy of event listing, staff assignments, and account assignment in CRM
  • Update sales process and procedures as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task various projects and assignments within a strict time period
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while moving between projects, phone calls, meetings and emails throughout the day
  • Working knowledge of project management concepts, tools and best practices
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Business acumen and strong communications skills
  • Ability to interpret and understand a variety of complex situations, then determine and follow the appropriate set of guidelines based on the situation
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high degree of professionalism
  • Ability to work well on a team
  • Demonstrated track record of success of achieving business objective

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

Experience:

  • 1+ years of relevant work experience
