Quota Achievement in retaining and growing Research product line(Prev), EP(Prev) and Consulting(Crev) to achieve Total Sales Bookings(TSB) to ensure Net revenue growth
Proficient in Account Planning and understanding of territory management
Field Based territory management of assigned clients and named non-clients
Inter-departmental resource utilization and coordination across Gartner Lines of Business
Renewal activities focused on client needs and development of high level client relationships
Development of integrated solutions based on contract offerings
Timely and accurate revenue forecasting
Compliance in utlitizing internal sales enablement tools and management process
Develop bespoke presentations & tailoring solutions to client needs
Higher Services Content
Acts as advisor and coach on best practice in prospecting, account management covering approaches and techniques
Support DM in recruitment of Account Executives
TSB typically $1.5 to 2.0 million+
Average number of accounts 3-8
Generally National/Global responsibility vs. purely local or regional
Mainly Tier 1-3 accounts
Lead and Mentor a team of 3-4 Associates
Consistent over achievement of sales quotas
Proven ability to understand enterprise wide issues and to structure innovative, integrated solutions that provide IT decisions support to global organizations in achieving their business goals
Established C-level contacts and knowledge of the global issues they face
Comprehensive understanding of technology buying centers
Extensive industry specific and account knowledge
In depth industry knowledge globally, i.e. Financial Services, Health Care
