Gartner’s Digital Markets is looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Manager to act as the in-house marketing operations expert. This role is responsible for supporting the Reviews Marketing group with building end-to-end campaigns and solutions using Oracle Eloqua.

What you will do: 

  • Use Eloqua to build complex campaigns and programs to support all marketing initiatives
  • Architect solutions for business problems using a robust and unique marketing tech stack
  • Report on success metrics using analytics and BI tools
  • Ensure the use of marketing best practices to optimize performance and deliverability
  • Troubleshoot any email issues
  • Work with cross functional teams to ensure consistent governance and best practices
  • Mentor team members

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Focus area in Marketing preferred.
  • 5-8 years’ relevant experience
  • Expert level knowledge of Eloqua
  • Strong understanding relational databases and segmentation
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Experience working with Google Analytics, Power BI
  • Experience working with CRMs (SugarCRM, Salesforce, etc)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize appropriately and meet deadlines
