Performance objectives:

  • Conduct research on digital marketing trends, strategy and best practices
  • Create research studies, presentations and other client deliverables relating to the research produced
  • Identify key themes from the data analysed; construct strong recommendations for clients
  • Manage data collection and analysis efforts around digital strategy
  • Execute quantitative and qualitative data collection and synthesize for brands' digital investments across Google Search, Social Media, Site Platform, E-commerce and Digital Marketing

  • Analytical – understands the quantitative process for research and analysis. Passionate about examining data in digital and identifying marketing trends
  • Strong Communicator – ability to distill large data sets into concise themes. Use data to craft a narrative
  • Entrepreneurial & Quick Learner – the digital industry continuously evolves at a fast pace. The ideal candidate must be able to keep up with the rate of innovation to drive the success of the L2 product
  • Innovative – We are looking for people that can see opportunities for innovation and will bring new ideas to the table
  • Doer – Must be someone who executes on plans, can multitask and takes pride in high-level results

Desirable skills and experiences:

  • 3-6 years of experience in client-facing consulting, research or digital services roles
  • Looking for individuals with experience in, but not limited to the following: Research, Market Research, Strategy, Statistical and Quantitative Research, Data Analysis, Qualitative Research, Digital Strategy, Digital Marketing, Analytics, Customer Insight, Social Media, Competitive Analysis, Ad Tech
  • Domain understanding and expertise across e-commerce, digital marketing and Amazon specifically
  • Familiarity with major global brands across Retail, CPG, Beauty, Grocery, Fashion and Consumer Electronics
  • Strong analytical skills, including a high proficiency in Excel – able to distill data to actionable insights in a coherent narrative
  • Excellent presentation, writing and communication skills (including PowerPoint) with exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly disciplined with self-starter mentality – experience in start-ups and small organizations is a plus
  • Ability to thrive and grow in a fast-paced environment
