We are looking for a seasoned and savvy digital marketer with experience managing high performing teams and large advertising budgets. With a world class in-house team and an appetite for growth in the full funnel buyer journey, you'll help select and refine our strategy, goals, people, systems, processes, and more.
What You Will Do:
Drive key initiatives and new projects focused on omni-channel, integrated marketing initiatives. As a senior manager you’ll be in charge of some specialty-focus areas like landing page testing, mobile conversion optimization, new platform integrations, system improvements, bid management, and more.
Work with a team to evolve processes and systems to coincide with rapid changes in the digital landscape. Our leaders are ‘movers and shakers’ that help to improve our processes, systems, and best practices to increase team efficiency and effectiveness.
Outline the team’s priorities and monthly goals. You’ll coordinate with the senior management to ensure the team’s priorities align with monthly forecasts, goals and objectives.
Manage key accounts. You will be responsible for managing a number of our most important software verticals across Google AdWords, Bing Ads and other advertising platforms.
Analyze and optimize. You’ll become a master of our in-house reporting systems and analytical tools to manage and improve your campaign performance.
What You Will Need:
Experience with all the top advertising platforms. You have 4+ years of experience across top platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo Gemini, etc.) and are able to contribute your expertise on day one.
Management experience (1-3 years) for highly talented marketers, ability to engage individuals in a rapidly growing business.
Deep understanding and proven ability to influence and lead strategy and execution towards an omni-channel execution. Understand MTA strategy and how to optimize for revenue, ROAS, and LTV.
A bachelor’s degree. An established foundation in business via a bachelor's degree in a related field. Exceptions can be made with strong real-world experience.
A knack for reporting and Excel. You can analyze large data sets and know all the important Excel functions like sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP’s, concatenations and pivot tables.
Inherent problem-solving skills. You possess the experience, intellect and know-how to analyze, plan, execute and deliver top-notch results.
