Role Responsibilities

  • Oversees and directs the efforts of Sales Learning and Development (SLD) Team Leads, Coordinators, providing strong leadership and guidance

  • Ensures successful onboarding and process of scheduling & logistics of all SLD programs with all appropriate resources to ensure it meets/exceeds SLA’s

  • Identify areas for future process improvement based on the strategic direction of Gartner and the SLD organization and evolves the SLD Ops function accordingly

  • Evaluate and develop strategies to enable a high level of productivity from the SLD Coordinator function

  • Manages relationships and works collaboratively with LOE/SLD and broader team NCVI on change management initiatives

  • Ensures proper allocation of workload is equitable amongst all SLD Coordinators & recommends redeployment as appropriate

  • Oversees all administrative components involved in full lifecycle of SLD programs

  • Help to develop metrics & mechanisms to measure success of team & services which they provide

  • Conduct audits to ensure quality of administrative SLD activities

  • Collaborates on in key initiatives and projects where applicable

  • Assists with efforts across regions to resolve and/or manage ongoing or specific operational issues & initiatives/processes

  • Attract, onboard and retain great talent, fill opens with quality operations talent in a minimal timeframe

  • Provide exceptional care when hosting on-site SLD programs

  • Oversees ad-hoc projects as needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 6+ years of relevant operations experience

  • Minimum 4+ years leadership experience, preferably in a global environment

  • Effective communication with all levels and roles.

  • Ability to recognize and reward the contributions of others

  • Someone with a creative approach to operations who is not afraid to bring new ideas to the table

  • Strong program management skills and detail oriented

  • Excellent relationship management skills

  • Proven experience supporting a team of operations professionals / managers in a fast-paced environment

  • Requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
