We're looking for an agile, curious, creative, and self-driven Content Producer to join our team. In this role, you will partner with content analysts, content writers, content strategists, video producers, designers, and other Marketing teams to define and create compelling content in a variety of formats (e.g., eBooks, infographics, social cards, videos, etc.) to raise the profile of the Gartner Digital Markets brands, attract the interest of prospective buyers, and further their engagement with our content and marketing programs. This role reports to the Director of Content Marketing.
What You Will Do:
Collaborate with Brand, Content, Creative, and other Marketing teams to understand our audiences’ mindset and mission critical priorities, and to create compelling, multimedia, cross-promotional marketing assets.
Create all content with a distinctive voice that adheres to each of the Gartner Digital Markets brand standards and helps bring the brands to life across media and channels.
Re-purpose and develop new original content in various formats, including eBooks, infographics, videos, presentations, and other multimedia to increase visibility and discoverability and to fuel the buyer’s journeys.
Collaborate with the Creative team to create engaging content assets (imagery, infographics, data visualization, video, etc.) for use in editorial content and social media.
Identify opportunities to elevate content with new scalable templates, formats, visual elements, CTAs, plug-ins, etc.
Define formatting processes, workflows, and standards to ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
Research, test, and optimize content design solutions to ensure user engagement, efficiency, and accessibility of content.
Bring creativity, problem-solving, project management, and great communication skills to manage multiple projects.
Keep up to date on the latest trends and best practices for content ideation, creation, design, and production.
Work on side projects as needed such as YouTube video descriptions, email copy, etc.
What You Will Need:
Minimum five years creating and distributing valuable, relevant, research-based business and/or technology content designed to attract and retain prospective buyers for various industries/functions such as HR, Marketing, Project Management, etc.
Experience developing a variety of content types (e..g, eBooks, infographics, social cards, videos, etc.), as well as scalable design systems, processes, and workflows.
Thorough understanding of buyer journeys and the interaction of content and marketing
Some experience using content design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
Superb writing and editing skills across various formats and media
Knowledge of SEO best practices
Passion for digital storytelling and a persistent curiosity
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Prior experience in a corporate/software environment and/or for a content marketing organization highly desired.
Bachelor’s degree, Marketing, Communications, or Writing preferred.
