Assist in the development and creation of exceptional event experiences through the onsite branding elements of events, including direct responsibility for certain events and global contribution to others within the portfolio 

  • Key member of the Global Branding Team
  • Responsibility for creating and executing optimal customer journey and onsite experiences at a number of events through the development and execution of branding, signage, furniture and build elements 
  • Assist in the establishment of global branding guidelines to bring Gartner to life, and ensure consistent global execution with all our partners 
  • Collaboration with Gartner Business Units to support their event objectives through the design of their onsite environments
  • Build excellent relationships with the event partners – leading them to be creative, innovative and passionate about Gartner events 
  • Ensure effective financial management including budget creation, cost negotiation and accurate forecasting, highlight risks, make recommendations for corrective action and suggestions for how best to allocate funds
  • Direct management of signage, build, branding, furniture and finishing’s/accessory requirements for selected events from planning to onsite execution (in collaboration with the wider event team) 
  • Constant evaluation of the attendee journey and environments created to best support Gartner’s goals and to elevate client experience– proactive use of outside influences, attendance at alternate events 
  • Strong collaboration within the global event teams, be a champion for the look and feel of all Gartner events - share expertise and guide others in creating optimal experiences 

Job Requirements:

  • 2 years+ event or other relevant experience 
  • Experience working with vendors (creative agencies, implementation vendors) 
  • Proven event project management skills including strong organizational skills, effective management of time and finance
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload
  • Creative mindset & approach to all aspects of role
  • Candidates with design or agency background preferred
  • A self-starter, proactive and motivated, with an ability to follow through on tasks to completion
  • Ability to connect design to overarching strategic idea and business objectives
  • Collaboration & Communication skills
  • Team Player - reliable, accountable and approachable
  • PPT & Excel, working knowledge of Adobe photoshop, illustrator or autocad
  • High sense of urgency
