Our Talent Acquisition team sources, assesses and matches candidates to specific positions across the business. We form and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and strategies to solve problems and build teams.
What you’ll do as a Talent Sourcer:
Source, engage and attract top talent for Gartner to drive growth across your business unit.
Build a candidate pipeline through innovative research, compelling outreach and complete candidate assessment/interviewing.
Partner with recruiters to create an effective search strategy to build teams and proactively create pipelines.
Participate in key stakeholder meetings including intake meetings, weekly cadences and debriefs, providing market knowledge and insight to help influence and drive an effective sourcing strategy.
Own, design and proactively deliver sourcing insights in order to drive ongoing optimization.
As an ambassador of Gartner and our brand, share our value proposition to increase and strengthen our brand awareness in the market.

What you need:
Required 1-3 years of recruiting/sourcing experience (in-house or agency).
Demonstrated strength and passion for using blended sourcing techniques.
Track record of success in hiring quality candidates.
Ability to meet growing pipeline demand in a dynamic environment.
Experience cultivating talent for hard to fill roles through strong research and interviewing techniques.
Strong drive and commitment to achieving goals in a fast paced environment.
Effective and professional communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
