Business Systems Analyst – Sales Deal Hub

What you’ll do: 

  • Partner with key clients and stakeholders (the business) to identify and articulate needs with an eye toward ease of adoption and performance improvement
  • Partner with IT teams to ensure needs are correctly translated into technical requirements
  • Assess, with stakeholders, the business value and impact of technology enhancements and development
  • Prepare requirement analysis, business cases and ROI analysis
  • Coordinate and drive issue resolution with cross-functional teams during the design and development process;  highlight and mitigate identified risks
  • Represent the business unit in cross-department technology initiatives, bringing role-specific expertise and representing the perspective and interests of the business unit
  • Work closely with users to define and document use cases, scenarios and test scripts;
  • Review/analyze test case results to ensure functionality meets documented specifications and course-correct where needed, including revisions to requirements for subsequent iterations
  • Ensure effective collaboration and communication across all members of the project team
  • Prepare and refine end user communication, documentation and training materials
  • Support change management and adoption
  • Related duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of work in a related role or sales transaction hub role preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; ability to quickly learn to use new tools and technologies required. CRM experience a plus.
  • Experience with SCRUM or other Agile development methodologies ideal but not required
  • Excellent listening and interpretation skills; ability to conduct highly effective and insightful interviews and translate responses into actionable feedback
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills, project management skills, and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate with partners across the organization
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
