Our location:

Our Southwest Florida (Fort Myers) Gartner Campus is our largest office globally with 1,700 associates across four buildings. This location offers associates amenities which include two onsite cafes, onsite gym, outdoor walking track, open patios, and modern work spaces which foster a creative and positive work environment.

About this role:

This Asst. Manager Variable Compensation is responsible for leading the processes and people in the Reporting & Analytics department with a focus on reporting/analysis of sales performance data, variable compensation, territory & leads for multiple business units. Financial Analysts also help audit data, resolve a variety of inquiries, and manage projects that improve processes and/or systems.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify, implement and project manage process and system improvements
  • Ensure team is up to date on all processes, comp plans, quota rules, territory rules, etc.
  • Continually drive change and improvement in all aspects of reporting
  • Interpret compensation plan and rules for complex situations or when conflicting rules impact a situation and decide best course of action
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed
  • Ensure team is performing day-to-day responsibilities with accurate data collection, processing and modeling as well as providing continual development of team members
  • Ensure processes allow for consistent and accurate reporting. All processes are documented and cross trained
  • Anticipate future demands of initiatives of the company/sales organization and design/implement solutions to meet those needs.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelors Degree : Finance, Math, Statistics, Economics or Business Management.
  • 3-5 years in a business or financial role with leadership responsibility.
  • Power BI/tableau/other dashboarding experience.· Proven track record of driving change in the areas of people, process, and technology.
  • Exceptional analytical skills especially for identifying root causes of problems
  • Ability to efficiently gather data, perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and succinctly communicate analyses in a language understood by business leaders across multiple disciplines within an organization
  • Excellent problem solving and project management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
  • Excellent ability to understand, document and improve business processes
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
