Summer Business Associate Internship 2020

Location: Egham, UK

The Gartner Summer Business Associate Internship Program is a dynamic and challenging role that will provide you the opportunity to work with Gartner leadership helping to analyze data, problem solve and find solutions that help our clients make the right decisions. During the 10-week internship you will take ownership of projects and have clear insight into the impact and outcome of the results.  You may also have an opportunity to work directly with key clients to help them get value from their services. 


You will be successful in this role if you are an analytical thinker who enjoys solving business problems, working with large data sets and extracting the findings to come up with solutions.  A passion for personal development and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively will also be key. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative approaches to solve challenging business problems
  • Surface actionable insights from large volumes of data
  • Team with professionals to handle difficult situations to ensure we deliver significant value to clients
  • Structure change programs and execute on them to influence colleagues to take action
  • Introduce new clients to their services and help existing clients utilize their services more frequently.

Job requirements:

  • Proven track record of excellence, fueled by critical thinking, analytic, and communications skills
  • 1st Class Degree achieved / predicted from a top 20 university preferred, demonstrated leadership and work experience
  • Additional European language is an advantage
  • Proactive; self-initiated/driven, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple items
  • High level of attention to detail, team player with a positive attitude.
  • Good at synthesizing and organizing information into meaningful content
  • Technology background is welcomed, but not required.
