What we are looking for:
The purpose of this role is to lead the global expansion and go-to-market strategy for Gartner Digital Markets, currently involving 30+ countries and 7 languages. Overseeing the international product, engineering, content, marketing and translation departments (30 associates in 2020, 50+ in 2021). Creating, managing and implementing a product and marketing strategy / roadmap for GDM’s international initiative. The role will help the international team, brand sites, marketing and central team to define, communicate and execute that product and marketing vision as well as strengthen operational execution.

Why you will want to come to the office everyday:

  • Set the product and marketing strategic vision for the International Initiative and manage the roadmap.

  • Work with central teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, etc) and brand sites to define, plan and implement new strategies across all properties.

  • Lead the international marketing team to help generate traffic on local domains.

  • Lead the international product and engineering teams to help generate new features and enhancements to localized sites.

  • Understand cross-site product roadmaps to understand development trade-offs when working on cross-site initiatives.

  • Manage and provide leadership to the organization.

  • Communicate effectively with Gartner senior management and senior business stakeholders across organizational boundaries.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 2+ years of experience managing websites internationalisation.

  • 8+ years of experience working in product management or marketing.

  • 5+ years of managerial experience

  • Ability to understand technical requirements and functional definition.

  • Ability to define and maintain a product roadmap and prioritization.

  • Strong Digital Marketing skills, including SEO, Backlinks acquisition, Content management, etc.

  • Strong track record of business planning and successful execution across matrixed organizations.

  • Experience working with mid- and senior-level executives.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent organizational, interpersonal, and team skills.

  • Strong analytical and business analysis skills required.

  • Ability to attract talent, inspire the organization, and develop the next generation of leaders.

  • Ability to build trusting, meaningful relationships with peers, stakeholders, partners and suppliers.
