What we are looking for:
We’re looking for a growth minded individual to help our vendors build their reputation and review base on Gartner’s Digital Markets. The ideal candidate has a background working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment, while maintaining the highest level of ethics and customer service. You are excited to find creative Gartner solutions to vendor’s challenges.
What You Will Do:
Establish and grow our relationships with non-client software vendors across Gartner Digital Markets
Manage an assigned territory of non-client vendors and help them with their profile, review and reputation needs
Introduce qualified vendors to Gartner Digital Markets Business Development teams
Build awareness of and engagement with the Gartner’s Digital Markets Vendor Services
Work closely with internal teams across Gartner Digital Markets to ensure vendor success
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's Degree and/or 1+ year of full-time customer facing work experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while conducting a high volume of vendor outreach
Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and a passion for customer service
The ability to thrive with frequent change including learning new offerings
A challenger mindset where you see adversity as an opportunity to help the vendor
Strong teamwork and collaboration. You are eager to help others grow in success alongside you
A growth mindset. You are coachable and thrive in an environment of constructive feedback
Ability to speak and write in German fluently would be highly advantageous.
