We’re looking for an SEO Specialist with a background in both content and technical SEO, and who has superior attention to detail. The ideal candidate has a passion for keyword research, technical auditing, using data effectively and keeping up with the latest search engines’ algorithm updates. You must be excited to proactively find creative solutions to interesting SEO challenges.
What You Will Do:
Research existing content performance, identify potential content ideas and optimize existing content. You'll become an expert of on-page and be expected to analyze data to figure out new ways to further optimize our Websites.
Collaborate and communicate with other teams (e.g. Product, Content and Analytics) in a way that produces positive SEO outcomes.
Track and measure impact. You’ll do a whole lot of testing, data tracking and analysis.
Help manage and communicate SEO changes to Marketing Leadership.
Develop and deliver concise KPI reports that deliver insights on performance, competition and opportunities to leadership.
Work in spreadsheets. We measure and track everything, so we need someone who doesn't mind living and breathing in data.
Contribute innovative ideas. We expect you to consistently present new ways to further improve the SEO of our Websites.
Meet your goals. We measure everything around here, from how many SEO tests you conducted to the impact of your SEO changes on organic search traffic.
What You Will Need:
Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
Working knowledge of common SEO tools such as Search Console, Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, BrightEdge, SEMrush.
Experience of researching and optimizing content for SEO purposes.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
Working knowledge of Excel or comparable spreadsheet applications.
Project management skills (certification not required).
Experiencing audit pages/sites and making optimization suggestions
Ability to develop requirements and then work with engineering team to execute those changes
