Content Analyst (Spain) – Digital Markets

Job Brief:
As a Spanish Content Analyst, you will work to support our marketing team by creating, translating or proofreading content for the Spanish software market, while meeting our strict publishing standards and guidelines.  You will also be the point of contact for our network of Spanish external contributors.

What You Will do:

  • Create editorial content (research reports, case studies, blog articles, tool lists, etc.) for the Spanish market, in accordance with the Gartner Digital Markets’ brands.

  • Conduct primary research studies, and analyze the results to create appealing and newsworthy content 

  • Gain market knowledge. You will need to develop a wide understanding of software and technology in order to verify and challenge the accuracy of our content.

  • Work together with key Marketing and Content stakeholders to build an impactful Editorial Content Plan aimed at meeting specific business objectives. 

  • Edit and proofread translated content to ensure linguistic quality and local relevance to the Spanish market.

  • Collaborate with external content contributors (translators, writers, experts) to produce high quality content. 

  • Improve quality. As we produce more content, we will need you to spot potential issues and identify solutions to increase the efficiency of our work and processes.

What You Will Need:

  • Native level Spanish (Spain). 

  • Strong command of English.

  • 2-4 year university degree in a related field is preferred.

  • Basic understanding of SEO (keyword research and content optimization).

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience editing technical web content, preferably a mix of both in-depth research and articles/blogs.

  • Experience editing content about software and or/digital content marketing content is preferred. 

  • Strong writing and proofreading skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
