Our performance marketing team is accountable for a critical volume of our web traffic and, ultimately, revenue. We’re looking for an innovative leader and true steward of paid advertising best practices to scale a high-growth, world-class marketing program that delivers superior results to our customers.
You’ll lead a team of bright, motivated performance marketers to drive growth for each of our brands, while working to optimize our collective footprint across digital channels. Successful candidates will combine technical mastery with a strategic mind eager to drive results through collaboration across SEO, Product, Customer Success and Brand.
What you will do:
Collaborate with site GM Leadership and broader Marketing organization to develop and efficiently execute against our go-to-market strategy
Lead our in-house teams in strategy and day-to-day execution of profitable growth, including responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, reporting and objective setting across SEM, digital advertising and affiliate relationships
Foster career growth/talent development across functional teams serving multiple Brands
Partner holistically with all relevant internal teams to ensure end to end success for marketing programs.
What you’ll need:
+10 years of digital marketing experience, with expertise in campaign strategy and optimization, bidding (automated/algorithmic), and DBM. Our ideal candidate will have some agency or strategy consulting experience, combined with exposure to sophisticated in-house operations.
A passion for maturing both technical processes and individual human talent
Demonstrated success growing profitable revenue at scale through a highly automated, continuously-optimizing customer acquisition function
Superb analytic skills, and experience driving alignment across business functions, both within Marketing and across the broader business
Demonstrated ability to initiate and lead strategic initiatives end-to-end – planning, executing and delivering results with and through others
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Bachelor’s Degree with a strong GPA. MBA a plus.
