As an experienced sales professional, you’ll partner with existing Gartner Digital Markets clients to address their most critical priorities. By becoming a true partner to your clients, you’ll identify opportunities for account retention and growth. As a member of the Strategic Account team, you will spend your day growing our largest and savviest software clients to help them get the most out of their PPC & PPL campaigns.
What You Will do:
You will be to help your customers (software companies) meet and exceed their goals for driving sales from their programs with Gartner Digital Markets in order to maximize retention.
You’ll identify additional programs and offerings across Gartner Digital Markets that could help your clients achieve their Mission Critical Priorities and grow their business.
You'll stay up to date with the latest online marketing and lead generation best practices to help your clients improve their marketing efforts through proactive, consultative outreach.
You’ll lead occasional training and/or best practice workshops for your Client Success teammates and lead by example to continuously improve our internal processes.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree preferred
3-5 years of consultative, B2B sales experience
Experience prospecting to the C-Suite and senior-level leadership of enterprise businesses
Upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
Experience with online marketing and technology
Excellent verbal and writing skills
Established persuasion skills and phone presence
Proficient computer skills
Ability to conduct in-person and web conference meetings
