We’re looking for a Sales Learning Development Program Specialist to join our global Sales Learning and Development (SL&D) team. The SL&D team is responsible for sales new hire onboarding, as well as development programs for tenured associates. The SL&D Program Specialist will oversee the operations and logistics of our global sales learning program. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge and experience in operations and program management, while being agile, accountable and results oriented..
What You Will do:
Directly support Gartner Digital Markets’ top priority of increasing revenue productivity through world class onboarding of sales new hires
Oversee logistics and operations of global sales program to ensure successful execution
Help standardize and maintain all training materials and resources
Manage all of the sales learning and development scheduling needs for both new hire and tenured associate training
Partner with HR partners to ensure clear and effective communication on new hire start dates and onboarding periods
Develop surveys and collect feedback for the SL&D team to help determine strengths and areas of opportunity within the program
Engineer trackers and surveys to measure new hire performance and progress, as well as report and present relevant data back to key stakeholders
Identify training tools, platforms, and new resources to improve program productivity and effectiveness
What You Will Need:
BA degree in IT, Business, Marketing, Instructional Design, Education Technology or similar
Experience in a sales environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Experience in writing effective instructional text, audio and video scripts
Experience/Understanding in visual design skills with ability to storyboard
Familiarity with Learning Management System (ideally Cornerstone) is preferred
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage programmatic execution on all project efforts
Ability to work on multiple projects at any given time whilst ensuring the successful delivery of the agreed training plan
Willing to accept full accountability across all projects assigned
Able to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure buy-in
Strong team player, willing to share ideas and information with peers and business leaders
Willingness to learn and develop visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator)
