We are looking for an experienced online advertiser to join our growing team. You'll expand your skill set and take on new challenges across paid search and a variety of other media and projects for the Gartner Digital Markets web properties (Software Advice, Capterra and GetApp).

What you'll do:

  • Lead key initiatives and new projects. Each specialist will coordinate across their team to lead special projects like landing page testing, mobile optimization, ad copy testing, keyword discovery, and more.

  • Build campaigns. Within your first few months months you’ll be responsible for managing a number of key accounts using Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and other advertising platforms.

  • Write & test ad copy. You will work with your team to consistently test new ads to maximize key metrics like CTR, cost-per-conversion, conversion rate and profit.

  • Analyze and optimize. You’ll become a master of our in-house reporting systems and analytical tools to manage and improve campaign performance.

What you’ll need:

  • 2+ years of experience managing campaigns across Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and other top platforms.

  • A bachelor's degree and/or relevant marketing certifications. Exceptions can be made with strong real-world experience.

  • A knack for reporting and Excel. You can analyze large data sets and know all the important Excel functions like sorting, filtering, vlookups, concatenations and pivot tables.

  • Inherent problem solving skills. You possess the experience, intellect and know-how to analyze, plan, execute and deliver top-notch results.

  • A driven and self-starting personality. You should have a thirst to constantly learn more about digital marketing through reading, continued training and learning from other team members as you grow in this role and with our business.
