The Account Management team functions in a hybrid of customer relations, sales, and consulting to ensure that Gartner Digital Markets’ clients are successful with their efforts to generate leads and grow their businesses. We’re looking for a tenacious leader to coach and develop our team, as well as champion strategic initiatives that will make an impact on how we grow with our clients.
What you’ll do:
Individual coaching: 1:1s, call reviews, shadowing, performance reviews
Overseeing the training and on-boarding of new hires
Facilitate team training efforts and ongoing collaboration across departments
Improve team processes to foster continuous improvement of account growth and retention
Develop talent and curate moral to ensure individual Account Manager engagement and growth
Collaborate with tech and product teams on product feedback, updates, bug fixes, and new product launches
Collaborate with marketing on client collateral and education, new product notifications, etc.
What you’ll need:
Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years professional experience in an account management or client facing role
Proven leadership experience
Management experience a plus
